COVID-19 second wave is here, and local organizations are doing their part to fight it. Fucan Community Centre provided hundreds of PPE items (masks, hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes and thermometer) and food (Saporito Oil and other) to seniors in Markham, Scarborough, North York and Toronto Downtown. This weekend, I joined Fucan Community Centre volunteers in putting together supply shipments filled with PPE and food that were sent to the most vulnerable.

Nice to speak with Unionville Home Society residents and staff at their AGM last night. They have been providing services in our community to seniors for over 50 years. Congratulations to the newly elected members of their volunteer Board of Directors!
