It’s been one of them soul-searching kinda Saturday’s. Grief can be the garden of compassion. If you keep your heart open through everything, your pain can become your greatest ally in your life's search for love and wisdom. #Rumi ... We all deal with grief in our own way. And often times, witnessing someone else’s grief can look or seem really hurtful and offensive. But by setting aside our own ego and resting into and observing their grief from our heart space we are able to access and shine the light of love and compassion necessary to expose the truth of their suffering and see the wounds and hurts that they are so desperately trying to protect and defend. One of my all time favorite yoga instructors #henriferguson once said No matter what the question is, LOVE is always the answer.
