All Yogis. Check out this new studio for your yoga practice at CKE Community Centre SW. New classes will begin October 2nd for every Monday and Wednesday 7-8pm. Sign up for 8 classes or drop in when you feel need to connect with yourself through yoga!... Its a win/win for everyone as funds raised up to $2000 will aid to serve a meal at the Drop in Center! It cost $2000 to serve ONE meal to approximately 1000 people who are in need of a hot meal. Please help to support those who need your help. To date, I am half way mark to that goal. Once all the funds are raised, you are welcome to join me in volunteering to serve!

Attention all Yogis. Exciting news to share!! We have found a new location to host our October classes. Starting Monday and Wednesdays at the newly renovated CKE Community Hall. Check out the poster for the location! All proceeds go to charity. Our goal is to continue to raise up to $2,000 to come together as a community and serve a meal with the Drop In Center.
