Tips on maximizing workout times in the "Red Zone" Get off cell phone and focus on the task Arrive early for your workouts (most clubs allow for 55 minutes to train)... Minimize time spent looking in the mirror (results take weeks and months to acquire) Instead of 20 selfies in the gym, try taking one or two after the workout is done Arrive dressed in your workout attire Try super-setting instead of single sets Try doing two body-parts per day instead of total body or one body-part Instead of sitting on machine after set, try standing up while recovering The Buddie system is great. I knew this would be the case sooner or later. Currently many cities in Ontario are in different stages of covid-19. For example, Toronto, Peel, York and Ottawa are in the modified stage #2. This stage has all gyms closed. Restaurants are also closed for dine-in however, they can still operate for takeout.
