Lockdown cont'd Day 4 aka #SelfCareSunday Time to start a new sprouting process. This has become an important part of my morning and nightly routine during this... lockdown. I love watching my sprout babies grow fyi...the sprouting process increases nutrient levels, making sprouts richer in protein, folate, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and vitamins C and K than un-sprouted plants. What will you do today?
