Hey BBF ladies!! I hope you’re all doing well! Miss you all and I’m sorry that I haven’t connected sooner with the group. As you all know this week the studio was shut down again. And I have to say, the second time is much harder than the first shut down. It’s slowly decimating my business, and I’ve been really struggling this week to see the light. Which is not usually how I am. All I can really do is turn to the thing I’ve always turn to when things got tough: My workouts. ...And man, do I really need them now! I know some of you have been waiting to hear what’s going on? As of Monday October 26, I will be launching a whole new 30 days & 30 workout challenge for myself and for you all who wants to join in with me. Theres are a couple things I’m going to do different for this challenge. First, each night before the workout, I will be posting a TRANSFORM BODY WOD (Workout of the Day) so you guys can see what we are working on. Monday to Friday, I will be going LIVE at 6:15 a.m. (slight time change) due to my mommy duties. But you can do it anytime in the day after it’s posted. If you’re in for the challenge, reach out to get your menu plan to go along with this Transform Your Body Challenge! Saturday at 10 a.m., we will doing a LIVE Barre, and on Sunday at 10 a.m. a LIVE BodyFlow (yoga & Pilates) workout for members of the virtual gym (DM if you want to be added.) I’m still figuring out the outdoor schedule for those who want in person classes day & evening classes. Any suggestion are welcomed! In the meantime, thank you for all your support and constant commitment. I know we are stronger together. Sometimes you just need a little help from your friends.
