True Wisdom.... The path to liberation is a path of letting go.

The word is out! Its been 5 years since I started offering my group yoga therapy programs out of Yoga By The Sea. Over time my clientele has grown word of mouth. I've been stopped on the street and asked how to sign up, clients asking me what I am offering next - they want to sign up. By request over the weekend I set my January dates and was going to be dropping this new flyer down this week. It spread word of mouth and now as I come to announce it, there is only one spot left.
