Creativity is not just making art. Creativity is the ability to see beyond what's in front of us. It's using a different part of awareness, a different part of the brain that doesn't need concrete, physical evidence in order to tune into something.

Remember, there's no bad energy. Energy just takes different shapes, vibrations and amplitudes. So as we release the tension from a particular energy, we get fuel that the body and the subtle system will immediately use.
