* Pre-screening will be taken before client come in for therapy, first: I will call client a day before and once client come in on their appointment, they must sign the Screening agreement form before proceeding that they don’t have the COVID-19 symptoms. Temperature will be checked upon arrival. * Client must wear mask upon entering the clinic. * Wash hands/ Sanitize hands... * Bring your own pen to sign the form, or if you dont have one, I will provide a pen but it will be sanitize after each use. * Pay by tapping: Debit/ Visa/ Mastercard. Your receipt will be emailed to you. * Pls. assure that I sanitizes all door handles, and all surfacesthat clients that possibly touches during the therapy. I give myself 30min in between clients to be able to sanitize and keep the area safe for me and my clients. * If clients are couple, it is best the other person wait outside their car closest to appointment time. I expect you not to rush me as I needed the time to clean up and rest in between appointments. *The equipment will not be use for mean time: - Heating pad - Hot Stone * If client is sick/ have covid-19 symptoms, is not allowed to enter the clinic. * Thank you all for your cooperation and understanding.

To all my clients, Thank you everyone for the patience, as I tried to accomade everyones booking the best way I can. As for now my June booking have all already been filled. I work only 2 days a week with 2-3 patients minimum booked. I am sorry that my schedules are not yet back to a normal full time schedules due to situations. I have reached my #quota bookings and cannot work beyond that. I will inform everyone again once my bookings become available and ready to add more... appointments.
