This is never a fun conversation to have but it’s a necessary one. The last few months we have had an increasing number of no shows, and it’s no secret that we’re booked up well in advance during our busy season, usually with a waitlist. As an owner, I have a duty to my staff and to our clients, if you no show, you are not only dismissing time/money that we as a business can’t get back, you are also taking that time away from the mom-to-be who was praying to get in before her... delivery, the bride who was begging to have a spot before her wedding or someone in pain waiting for an opening because it’s their only relief. Starting October 1, we will be implementing our No Show + Cancellation Policy. A card will be required at the time of booking. No deposit will be taken for appointments. Your card will only be charged in the event of a less than 6 hour notice or a no show. Cancellations within 6 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of service booked. However, if we can still manage to fill your spot within the 6 hours, you will not be charged. No Shows will result in a 100% charge of service booked. **We understand that life happens and things come up, especially during these difficult times. Please let us know what’s going on and we will kindly use our discretion when implementing our policy** We will be double checking that you are opted into our 24 hour Text/Email reminder system ahead of time in order to help with any confusion or rescheduling. Our time with you is SO important to us, please don’t waste it. Thank you for understanding
