Both Registered Massage Therapists; Lori Jacobson and Carlee Giancola came together to identify the procedures and protocols that we need to complete in order to ensure the health and safety of all our clients. Lori Jacobson will begin scheduling clients as of Monday, May.4th and Carlee Giancola will begin scheduling clients as of Wednesday, May.6th. Anyone who had appointment cancellations due to our mandated closure of business will be contacted first to reschedule th...eir appointments. Unfortunately at this time, we will no longer have online booking in order to properly coordinate appointments and allow for enough time for sanitization. Outlined below is a step by step process that all of our clients will be required to complete. Consent Waiver Every client will be required to sign a waiver stating consent to treatment, while understanding the risks and benefits of treatment during COVID-19 pandemic . COVID-19 Screening Tool List of questions from Shared Health Manitoba, completed at time of booking appointment and day before appointment via phone call from Massage Therapist. Physical Distancing Measures No additional persons (kids or spouses) are allowed in clinic. Remain 2 meters apart where applicable in clinic other than during treatment time. Payment Method and Cancellation Policy Only debit or credit will be received at this time, NO CASH Cancellation is permitted at short notice in case of government shut down or any illness within therapist or client Personal Protective Equipment Upon entering the clinic, you will be required to remove gloves if worn and sanitize your hands. If wanting to wear a mask, you are encouraged to bring your own however if you do not have access to one, the clinic has a few disposable and reusable masks for you to use.
