The government's order was recently updated and RMT's are now permitted to gradually restart Massage Therapy services. We are awaiting an update that will include Osteopathic Manual Therapists as well. There are many operational requirements that have to be addressed before we can reopen and book appointments and we are all preparing to meet those requirements over the next week or so.... There's a new RMT in town (BodynSol)! Please welcome Dominique Reyes RMT to BodynSol. She is scheduled to book clients Tuesdays and Thursdays 12 to 7pm. She offers 45 minute and 60 minute Massage Therapy sessions. Dominique is a graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College and holds an Honours Bachelor degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Sheridan College. ... Originally, Dominique wanted to pursue becoming a Sports Physiotherapist, but quickly became more interested in the power of touch and the more hands on approach that massage therapy provided to help improve an individual's physical and mental health. Dominique brings extensive background knowledge in Kinesiology to all her treatments and believes that movement and stretching is key to alleviating and preventing pain and dysfunction. She aims to provide excellent quality of care to all her clients and can implement treatments tailored specifically to the clients needs, whether it's to help relax and de-stress or to help rehabilitate from posture dysfunction or injuries. Dominique is currently working towards getting her certificate in Acupuncture and is always looking to enhance and expand her skill set as a Massage Therapist.

I listened to an energy update by Lee Harris last night on youtube and he made a good point........"we are not social distancing from one another, we are physical distancing". So, true, we are being asked to keep away from other people physically to prevent spread of the virus. However, we have never been more social in our lives, on a global scale. We are able to watch plays, shows, zoo animals, concerts, and more on social media. We are connecting with people socially ...in so many other ways now. I watched Steve Martin play the banjo yesterday, in his yard??? Would he have shared that a couple of months ago? Maybe. We are being given the opportunity to be loving, creative beings and honor mother earth and humanity by staying home, staying healthy and finding creative ways to be with each other on a more authentic and in most cases a positive and fun way. Finding a little gratitude in this 'shift'....If the sun can shine today, so can I...
