Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est un banc (ou un step) pour le faire. Donc, plus d'excuses pour ne pas s'entraîner.... N'oubliez pas de suivre les instructions verbales tout en adaptant le mouvement à votre corps et consultez TOUJOURS votre fournisseur de soins de santé pour savoir si ces mouvements vous conviennent.
