We can help ourselves find relief within the stress, overwhelm, and anxiety/feeling down we may be experiencing more and more lately. Meditation is a tool that has been proven to do that. Guided meditations are so beneficial for aiding in the meditation process, especially if you feel you can’t meditate. I was one of those people and I’ve got numerous tips and tricks for you! Get yourself reset and rebooted with a gentle guided meditation to help with downshifting our nervous system and releasing stress tension within the body. Give yourself and your body the space and opportunity to find the calm within the outside storms, and calm the inner storms. We will be working with a guided release for the body and then a guided release for the mind. Focusing on helping the brain and mind to slow, calm, and find clarity. A recording will be provided after the meditation for anyone who can’t make it live, and for everyone in attendance to listen to again. We will be adhering to the required physical distancing at all times, as well as wearing masks. Choose your most easy breathing mask (non-surgical have been the best I’ve found for that), bring a pen and paper and a blanket or two! We’ll be streaming it live on zoom as well! You can join from anywhere in the world! Find yourself a separate room, plug in your earbuds, chill with us! Many need this right now! When we make the commitment to helping ourselves, we show up so much better for others as well as ourselves!
