We are happy to announce that we are now open for laser hair removal, registered massage therapy, body contouring, cosmetic procedures with our doctor for Botox and filler‘s! QUARANTEAM FIT IS HERE! We hope you are all ready to work hard tonight. ... This workout is FREE and is opened to everyone up to 100 spots. For this workout, you will only need a couple pieces of home equipment. You will need a yoga mat and a sturdy chair. The chair will be used to perform single leg squats and tricep dips. At 7:30pm, the meeting will be open to anyone who would like to join, just follow the link. The first five minutes will include an introduction and light warm up. At 7:35pm, you will no longer be able to get into the virtual class because class will have started. We will do an intense 30 minute workout, focusing on the legs, abs, and arms. After training, the chat will stay live for an additional 5 minutes before the chat is closed. We are very excited to see you tonight!
