Strength I 5reps x 5 sets squat twist press 5x each side with dbell 20-50lbs single leg Romanian deadlift w rows 5 each side incline chest press 20-90lbs. pull-ups 3-5x added weight +25-90lbs. Strength II 3-5 rounds Dips on lebert bars or chair/bench 10x curls w dumbbells 20-40lbs or strength bands 10x leg raises off of floor or hanging off bar 10-20x swings 10-20x Kettlebells 12-40kg Stay tuned and DM for customized home programming to carry through lockdown and unlocking your fitness. Hey Bodywarriors Fallis here in realtime. Boost up on your vitimin D! Wash your hands ... I’ve got a BIG question for you today. Before I ask it, I want you to fire up your imagination. One year from now, if you had an AMAZING year and were all-in on your goals, how do YOU want to feel when it comes to your health and fitness? I’m talking about your health, energy, strength, confidence ... your quality of life. Hold that feeling in your head and really connect with it! Are you holding it in your mind right now? Can you picture how you look and feel? Well, that’s not the question. Now imagine you started working toward that goal exactly ONE YEAR AGO. And also that you followed through on your commitment to yourself to make it happen. Here’s the big question: How would you feel right now? What would be different? The answers are probably both empowering and sobering. I mean, IF ONLY, right? There’s your fuel to make your goals happen starting RIGHT NOW! You can’t change the past, but you have the choice to create a different future. Do you want your NEXT 12 months to look different than the last 12? I know I certainly do. And before the naysayer voice in your head starts telling you why you can’t ... Know this: we ALL have a list of reasons why we CAN’T move forward toward our goals. Here are just a few I’ve heard over the years: I don’t have time I haven’t been able to stick with anything in the past Nothing I’ve tried has actually worked for me I can’t commit to a routine I don’t have the energy I’ll get exhausted and too sore I’m worried about getting hurt I’m not motivated enough right now What if instead, you came up with JUST ONE REASON why you need to make it happen? Something that has real meaning and power for you! Just one! Do you have one? If not, spend a little time reflecting on your reason. Because you DESERVE IT. I KNOW you can reach your goals. Hey Body Warriors, We all on a journey you may be two step forward or may be you are just starting out. If you are starting out then... I have a little challenge for you that can change your day (and week!) for the better. This quote is one of my favorites... One day, or Day One. You decide. Unknown With this topsy-turvy year, one of the many lessons has been that there’s uncertainty in life. If you’re waiting for SOMEDAY to start taking care of yourself well, that day doesn’t exist. There are seven days in the week. Someday isn’t one of them. It’s time to start making yourself a priority RIGHT NOW. Especially when it comes to your health and wellness. You DESERVE IT. This leads me to my mini-challenge for you today. What is ONE step you can take today to help you feel healthier, fitter, stronger, and more energized? It can be as simple as Going for a walk Doing some squats Making a green smoothie for breakfast Trying some pushups Meditating for 10 minutes Switching to strawberries for dessert Reaching out to a coach you trust to help you get started Now make a commitment to yourself to take that action and get it DONE. IMPERFECT ACTION > PERFECT INACTION Thinking about what you plan to do one day in the future will keep you stuck. The action you take today doesn’t have to be fancy or perfect. You don’t need a 10-point plan, the right sneakers, or supply of supplements. You just have to do SOMETHING. Are you in? Let me know what step you’re taking today! Try this elixir du jour for some great health benefits in reducing your inflammation, life stresses, and spicing up your life. Turmeric Elixir 1-2 servings 1 cup hot water ... 1-2cups almond milk 2 tsp coconut butter 3tbspn hemp seeds 1 handful of blueberries 1 tsp organic turmeric peeled use 1 or two pieces 1-2 pinch black pepper 1-2 tsp of your favorite sweetener, optional. My preference is unsweetened, but if I were to sweeten it I would choose maple syrup or raw honey. Top with cinnamon/nutmeg Blend on high in your high speed blender I like using Blendtec until all ingredients are well emulsified about 10-20secs on high. Serve and enjoy the creamy, frothy goodness reducing inflammation and feel the vitality of these superfoods surging through your body. *Note: Turmeric may cause your fingers to yellow.* Please drink wholeheartedly.
