Anyone need a good pec stretchin massage? Yup! We ALL do! We are ALL constantly using our arms and hands in front of us during the day, all day, every day. If you sit at a desk all day, you probably feel it the most! This causes forward (anterior) rotation of our shoulders causing rounding of our shoulders and upper back and ultimately shortening the pec muscles. Remember Quasimodo?
