Just watching this dog get a massage is soothing

BodyWorks Massage Therapy is delighted to welcome Kristy Suitor to the practice. Kristy graduated from the three-year massage therapy program at Georgian College where she achieved an advanced diploma with honours and was on the Deans List throughout each semester and term. Kristy is a member of both the College of Massage Therapists’ of Ontario (CMTO) and Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO). Prior to her massage therapy schooling Kristy was a high...ly competitive dancer travelling to compete in many places such as Riesa Germany for the Canadian tap team world championship. As an athlete she attributes massage therapy to being a fundamental part of her training regime and believes that massage can help you achieve your goals, no matter what they may be. Her experience lends to her knowledge that massage can be used not only during a time of injury but to help prevent an injury. Kristy is adept at deep tissue massage and is proficient with shoulder, back and cervical spine injuries. Additionally she offers a wide variety of treatment options including Swedish/relaxation massage, sports massage, pregnancy massage, trigger point therapy, joint play therapy and hydrotherapy. Her skill set includes providing homecare instructions of stretching and strengthening exercises which further assist each client to achieve his/her treatment goals.
