This is a single family home on #gabriolaisland recently completed. It is a highly energy efficiency home built with #sips (Structural Insulated Panel System), it has its own fresh water retention tanks, high efficiency HRV, air source heat pump, and achieved a very high air-tightness rating. It is basically step code 4 and is a few solar panels away from being self sustaining and passive.
