We wish to announce that the founder of our original firm, Duane Catterall, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, June 10, 2020. Duane served the Edson and area community since 1970 until his retirement in 2007. He provided sage legal advice to all of his clients and was an important mentor to myself and other lawyers in the West Yellowhead area. Duane was a very active member and advocate in the Edson community. He was a Kinsmen and Kinsmen+40 for close to 40 years. One of his favorite past times was riding his motorcycle. He is survived by his wife Angeline, children Tara and Christopher, and grandchildren.

As summer is approaching, we note that real estate transactions are increasing. Some clients appreciate legal advice even before they sign an offer to purchase.
