At out Alexandra site, we are nearing the end of the envelope and installing the long awaited cladding and stone!

Congratulations to our Senior Accountant James on the passing of the CFE exam! James has been with the company for over five and a half years now, and is an extremely valuable member of our team. He is currently overseeing some of our major projects and plays a crucial role in our financial reports. Fun fact: This was James' first full-time job out of university!

Formwork is progressing full speed at The Peak project. The slab-on-grade has already been poured, with more pours for the suspended slabs, columns, beams, and walls scheduled in the upcoming weeks!

At our Bayview site, things are progressing along nicely, as the last building (out of 3) is being framed. In addition, drywall has started in several of the townhouse units!

We are currently installing the weather protection at our Alexandra site. Work on the exterior finishes will be completed in the upcoming weeks!
