BOLD Engineering Inc. was retained by Toronto Community Housing and Altus Group to provide Engineering Services for a Building Condition Assessment for a group of Townhouse Buildings located at 89-95, 97-117, 119-137, 139-151, 153-157, 159-163, 165-187, 189-207, 209-223, 225-233, 235-243, 245-261, 263-273, 275-285, 287-299, 301-311, 313-323 Glendower Circuit in Toronto, ON. A Building Condition Assessment (BCA) is a systematic inspection, review, and report on the state of a ...commercial building's structure and systems. Systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, building envelope systems such as roofing, cladding, doors and windows and interior components, including finishes and fixtures. A reserve study (RFS) is a long-term capital budget planning tool which identifies the current status of the reserve fund and a stable and equitable funding plan to offset ongoing deterioration, resulting in sufficient funds when those anticipated major common area expenditures actually occur. BOLD Engineering Inc. was retained by the City of Toronto and Toronto Community Housing to provide Engineering Services for a Parking Garage Storm and Sanitary System Upgrade at 44 Willowridge Rd. in Toronto, ON, a high-rise apartment building. This project included replacement of all storm and sanitary hung piping in the parking garage, sprinkler modifications, concrete rehabilitations and repairs, exterior drainage and paving.
