This week's desktop post-it. A lesson I am constantly re-learning.

Does anyone else post quotes they love on their desk? This one was from a wise colleague who led a debrief of a healthcare team I was part of that had seen some particularly challenging times. A great reminder to welcome the mess -- it's a great teacher.

My desk on Monday, January 6th, the day I launched my coaching and consulting business, and that same workspace today. Life has gotten messier, scarier and more unpredictable but also fuller, richer and more interesting. Like everyone, I find myself drawing strength from family, friends and four-legged co-workers.
