Nudura ICF foundation in Fernie BC. Back wall supports 12' of backfill using only 8" wide concrete forms. The key to walls like this is designing a strong enough connection at the floor system. Thank you Kyle Duncan for the photos.

Full ICF home in Rossland, BC. This home has a lot of unique features including a cantileverd retaining foundation wall at the back and 17' high concrete rake wall at the front of the home. I love the use of concrete as a building material above grade, it would be great to see this more often. Can't wait to see how this project turns out. Thanks Scott Emery for the great pictures.
