Restigouche Cottage renovations are finished. This cottage offers a private setting with a spectacular view of the Bay of Chaleur. The roomy screened in porch in the front of the cottage provides one of the best views at the Lodge. Next to the cottage is an area where you can access the shoreline. This cottage has two bedrooms with a total of 4 double beds with a combined living/kitchen area We re-shingled the roof, raised and leveled the building, painted interior, painted deck, new pine ceiling in bedroom, new ceiling fans, new bathroom floor, new bedding and curtains.

Our Chaleur Unit renovations are finished. This unit was truly a labor of love. It was the first new unit our family built. The first four rooms were built mid 1980's after a fire destroyed the original cottage. The two additional rooms were built early 2000's. We replaced shingles, leveled the building replacing beams, painted exterior and interior, repaired deck, new curtains, some new mattresses and bedspreads. Helga and Klaus were so proud of this building that for us renovating it was a tribute to them and their vision for the Bonaventure Lodge. Many thanks to our crew for their hard work and support.

Sunset unit renovations are completed. This is a three unit building that can be rented individually or together as there are interior connecting doors. We replaced the shingles on the roof, painted and repaired the decks, a little bit of interior paint, replaced all the mattresses, bed spreads and curtains.

The next two are at Miscou Island around the same time which is a very special place for our family. Two of Klaus's favorite places.

New roof for Restigouche Cottage. There were 4 layers of shingles on the water side. Hard day's work for our crew! So grateful for our crew. Rest of our crew was busy inside starting some prep for painting and replacing a ceiling in one of the bedrooms. We are also finishing up on Chaleur Unit and Sunset Unit.
