Everyone is welcome to join the family and friends of Brendan Roche on September 11, 2021, starting at 4:30 p.m. at Raven’s Knoll campground, to celebrate his life and mourn is sudden passing at age 48. The ceremony will be followed by an optional walk about the land that Brendan tended with love for 12 years, since its opening. A fire will be lit at dusk in the main firepit. Everyone is welcome to attend any of parts of the day’s events. Social distancing and Covid-19 preca...utions will be in place. It is recommended that you bring a chair or blanket to sit on for the ceremony. There will not be a feast or other communal eating due to Covid-19. All events will take place outside. There are no restrictions on the number of people at a funeral/memorial (see https://thebao.ca/covid-19-faq-for-bereavement-licensees-a/) but please do adhere to all normal public health measures. Brendan’s daughters, Katie, Kira and Ambre, and his life partner Christina, requests that you provide your condolences in a guest book rather than approach them, as they are still grieving and require space. Tower at Foymount is shedding ice, took out a major radio, we are rerouting repeaters now to secondary radio, will be back up soon. May have some reduced speeds until it's safe to climb again.

Power is out across most of Ontario, we are now running on Battery Power, No ETR from Hydro, Batteries at Foymount will shut down shortly after 6pm.

Power is out on Foymount. Hydro One has No ETR at this time.

Going to be doing an upgrade on the primary link shortly, should only cause a 5 min interruption in service. Work completed, new massive 16 port switch in place and running smooth!
