A client asked us to make a Macaroni Salad - truthfully we have only made pasta salads. The idea of making a creamy (mayo based) Macaroni Salad didn't appeal to us at Bonnie's Event Catering at all (to put it kindly). But we did it anyway, because this is what the clients asked for.... and hey apparently Bonnie's Event Catering, even makes a delicious Macaroni Salad!
