Hello! You might not be able to control what happens around you. But, there is something you can control: The use of your time while staying at home during the ...lockdown. What is consuming your time? I am rewinding my brain into thinking outside the box. I am taking this time to love more, meditate more, read more, exercise more, eat healthier, and check more on my loved ones. I am also working on my coaching business, writing scientific journal articles for publication, and analyzing data for my PhD dissertation. Not everyone will be able to undertake big projects during these unprecedented and uncertain times. However, I am convinced that everyone can do something to positively improve on themselves.
