Baseline Dunks IPA Available tomorrow starting at 4pm @turbo_x_trans_am - with purchase of one of their mouthwatering Wagyu beef burgers. A limited amount of cases will be released each day until Friday. A few cases will be reserved for our webstore and will be available this Sunday at 0900 (after daylight savings). ... Coming in at an easy drinking 6.5% ABV and featuring an over the top dry hop bill of cryo Citra, cryo Sabro and Galaxy hops. T E M P E S T A few weeks ago we finally got back together with our buds @superfluxbeer to brew up something rad. In typical boom/flux fashion, our goal was to create a deliciously big double IPA loaded with some of the best hops we could get our hands on. Available starting this Saturday at 11am exclusively @parallel49beer. It will hit our webstore Sunday morning. We'll announce a start time closer to the day.... Beer info! Tempest comes in at 8% and was brewed with Maris Otter, malted oats and wheat. Maris Otter was selected as the base malt for its biscuit and nutty flavor profile. It is a traditional two-row winter/autumn barley variety with deep roots in English brewing. Malted Oats, including Golden Naked Oats were used for their subtle, nutty flavor and subdued, grainy sweetness. The oats and wheat impart light golden hues to the wort while adding body and contributing to a smooth mouthfeel. To keep the bitterness low there were no hops added until the whirlpool. Tempest features a heavy Galaxy and Cryo Citra dry hop. Galaxy rocks an amazing citrus, peach and passion fruit flavour/aroma profile. While Cryo Citra was used to maximize the citrus and tropical fruit notes found in Tempest. Rounding it out, Tempest was fermented with our house yeast strain which helps to punch out the aromas and flavors of these new school hops. The yeast produces a beer that blends a smooth mouthfeel while retaining a nice sharp citrus edge.,
