One good prop can have many uses as Tania shows us with the block. With this variation on the shoulder bridge she's using it under her foot, challenging her glute, hamstring and core connections. K, we're finished day 1 of the current lockdown. How did you move? Hanging from doorways is an excellent way to add some upper body movement, strength and mobility.... Try touching the floor frame every time you go through it. Nobody's gonna look at you funny if you're at home!
