Visitors from outside the Atlantic Canadian bubble must fill out a tracking form and self-declaration when visiting Nova Scotia. The form is available at https...://novascotia.ca//Self-declaration-Form-Tracking-Trav and requires the address where visitors are staying and a phone number where they can be reached 24/7. Visitors should complete the form before travelling and e-mail it to [email protected]. Provincial staff will call those visitors every day to make sure they’re observing the 14-day self-isolation requirement. If staff can’t reach the visitor after three attempts in one day, police will be called. The fine for violating the Health Protection Order is $1,000 for a first offence.
The Health Questionnaire is now available (online in PDF format) from the New Brunswick government to be filled out in advance of entering the province.
