At what point you decide to engage an event professional can have a major impact on how smoothly your event planning goes. If we're engaged from the beginning, we can collaborate and offer support on strategy and goal fulfilment. ... If we're engaged later in the process, we are able to provide less guidance on strategy and have to focus more on just tactics and execution. Now, that's still incredibly helpful, but we want to make sure every little step is as perfect as possible. We always knew it was worth it to plan ahead
