***Disclaimer***NOT medical advice. If you have some pain/discomfort in your feet/knees/hips during exercise, first thing: Check your shoes. How old are they? They should last about 6 months depending on your level of activity. I know it gets expensive, but I watch for sales on my brand. Sure, most of our shoes look brand new from working out indoors, but it’s the inside of the shoe we need to think about. Over time, it gets compressed and all that wonderful shock absorpti...on decreases, meaning we are taking more force in our joints. That being said, if you have real pain, then a doctor can assist! Also-grab all those modifications that I shout out. I ordered 3 pairs of these Sauconys when they were half price! But now they are getting worn out. Plus I’m sick of the colours! I tried to buy the new model and guess what? Grey and black colours only! Bleh. And that’s not going to be visible online against my black mat. I’m going to wait a month til new colours come out, but only because my feet/knees/hips aren’t hurting. Let’s break it down: -7days in a week. That’s a little more than 20 minutes/day. Keep in mind these are minimums!
