Hey Everyone!! Starting an 8 week Muscle conditioning class Tomorrow!!! Come to the Sunderland Legion just before 6:30 p.m:) You can pay all in advance at $8 per class= $64 (Just bring cash) or it's a $10 drop in fee. All fitness levels welcomed .. So looking to run that 8 week program 2x a week starting in Sept (after the long weekend) the talk right now is Monday and Thursdays starting at 6:30 p.m. I need 15 yes' s in order for me to run this:) I will be getting a pre pay organized where then it will only be $8 a class and if not it's a $10 drop in. Everything will be held at the Sunderland legion. Please let me know on here or PM me!!!
