NEW BEERFirst new beer of 2021 This one doesn't really have a name, as we are getting back experimenting with recipes more in 2021 We are calling it simply "HOP HASH IPA with Milk Sugar" 5.5% ... If your a fan of Its Almost Sunny NEIPA, this beer is for you! Its juicy, hazy, and the additon of lactose/milk sugar gives this beer a little extra sweetness to back up all that hoppy goodness. We get orange juice vibes with just enough bitterness to give this an enjoyable IPA bite and stay drinkable at the same time. What the hell is Hop Hash?!? Similar to traditional cannabis hash, which is derived from the resin of the cannabis flower, hop hash is a potent concentration of the essential oils and resins that give some beers their hoppy flavors and aromas. When hops are crushed in the pelletization process, lupulin (all that juicy good hoppy stuff) gathers on the hammer mills much like cannabis resin and kief gather in a hand grinder. This powder is collected and pressed into a compact hash-like brick and off we go! This specific batch is a combination of a variety of different hops, hence the experimental aspect of this brew. We no longer take reservations, but we do encourage calling ahead of time Fridays and Saturdays if you would like to know our availability for seating. Any table larger then 4 it is strongly encouraged you call us ahead of time and we can try to work our a time to seat you If you get here and we cannot seat you, we have a wait list that has been working VERY WELL for us this past few months. Have a drink at a neighbouring bar and we will call you as soon as we have a table and can hold it for 15 minutes for you to get back. REMEMBER we are operating at 50% capacity and it is not a possibility to break that number. Things might be a little bit less convenient but we have hardly had to turn away anyone using the waitlist. Also, please understand that tables of 8, 10, 12 etc just might not ever get seated on a weekend night. This is our busiest time and having that many seats free at one time may not happen. We never expected to have a Porter on our menu FULL TIME (we hardly keep ANYTHING on full time ) but we just love this beer so much and we want you to as well! A lot of people say they don't like dark beers, but we made this one with drinkability. No, it isn't strong, its 4% abv! It isn't heavy or real bitter either.
