When you're in the video storytelling business, you never know what cool stories you'll come across. Frank invented an electronic data recorder for dental office sterilizers. Before Frank developed the SteriScan system, dental professionals would have to log everything in a ratty, dirty old notebook. It was a long & tedious process, and ironically, unsanitary. Not anymore - now you'll find Alpha Micro Tech SteriScan systems in dental offices across North America. And it all started at home in Brantford, Ontario . Watch

Last year we did the very last video walk through of the former Norfolk Inn in Downtown Simcoe (check back through our videos to watch it). The footage, though nostalgic for many, was shocking and heartbreaking. A year later, it’s a blank slate. Stripped completely back to its strong bones soon to become clean, safe new housing and commercial opportunities. WATCH: good things are happening

We don't often share many "in progress" shots, but after not shooting any video for 3 months...damn, it feels good to be creating again! This is from our first shoot back over the weekend at a new "glamping" retreat in our hometown. Yes - this is camping in style We're ready and safely equipped to hit the ground running creating video marketing content for businesses this summer. Msg us here if you're interested in seeing what the world's hottest digital marketing tool can do for you
Today, like many others in Southern Ontario, we've been given the green light to go back to work for the first time since March. This means we can go into the field and start creating videos again. And we've already been contacted by businesses looking for video content. They know there's still plenty of business out there this summer - so let's go out and get it asap For anyone feeling the overwhelm of getting business back open and communicating their situation to custom...ers - we've got you covered! We've been working on some new video content strategies to quickly and efficiently produce loads of quality, versatile videos for social media, websites, email etc. A lot has changed in the world over the last 3 months, but the effectiveness of video advertising has definitely NOT. In fact, it is on COVID-19: This ain't over. We're taking health and safety very seriously. We're a small team to begin with, and now we've developed a system to further minimize the amount of personnel and eliminate virtually all close, prolonged contact with others while on location. Finally, thank you to all of our friends and customers who held with us during the isolation period. We're ready to re-emerge together DM us to get rocking on creating video content for your business -Adam & Michael

30 Tips for Making Better Video Content: Just Be You. The most basic and complicated piece of video advice we could give. We're ourselves all the time - so why is it so hard to be when the camera is rolling? Good news: it's an easy hump to get over. You’re an expert at what you do. You share your expertise with people all the time. The only difference is the tiny plastic thing in front of you. For most, it's an unusual sensation to speak to a device, rather than a human. Some... irrational fears set in...but remember: You look and sound the exact same through a camera as you do talking to someone in person. You can’t change the sound of your voice and the hair and makeup police aren’t watching. Viewers (your clients and friends) only care what you have to say. Say it exactly how you would - pauses, breaths, um’s & ah’s included. It's a mind bend, but nothing a little practice and patience won't alleviate We're kicking off a month of FREE tips on how to up the value of your video marketing content for June! Thanks for all your feedback on last month's tips - keep your questions and messages coming!
