So puppies had their BAER testing today and I can announce that Merle will be staying with me as the next male to continue his line of Borders!!! That means all the rest are available for sale. They are having their first vet check and shots and deworming on Tuesday and are ready to go next Monday.

So I finally had time to sit down and take pics of the newest additions at BCK. These pups were born March 30th and are out of Jersey and BCK Casper. The only one for sure available at this moment is the female as I’m not sure which male I am keeping yet. All pups will be BAER tested for heating since they have so much white on them. They will have shots and vet checks at 7 weeks and should be ready to go at 8 weeks. So excited to have pups again and these are from my original Apollo line, they are his great grandchildren. Stay tuned for more pictures and videos to come as they grow up!!!

Meet Jersey (blue Merle) and Tianna (Tri Color). These 2 sweet girls have joined the crew at Border Collies by Karen to be mommies. Keep an eye out next summer for pups from Jersey and my boy Casper and Tianna will be bred to Jack the following year when she is over 2 years old(she is just under 1 now). I cant wait to the see the pups we will get from these 2 wonderful girls.

Well I promised I would share the new happenings at Border Collies by Karen. Meet Jack, he is the newest boy to add to the breeding dogs. Jack is a registered Border Collie and we hope to have pups from him next year.

After a break from breeding for a couple years I will be starting up again in the spring. It is a sad day today, I just found out through a friend that Imari who was with me for a couple years to be a Border Collie baby daddy has passed over the Rainbow Bridge. I was lucky to have him with me for 2 years but this spring showed me he was no longer happy here so I gave him back to Kristin Paquachan, whom I got him from, and he had a happy summer with her. He will be missed and I am just glad that I was able to raise and distribute 2 wonderful litters of puppies from him.
