Remove Clutter. Visually and text heavily. There is a lot of different events and advertisements for different portions of the college that just hits you when entering the site. They could fix this by planning events that occur on specific days, advertise on specific or times for specific things (ex. Eatry 101 advertisements play from 10am 1pm every day).
