Are you expecting and interested in ta...king a prenatal class that teaches breathing techniques to help manage labor plus breastfeeding education, infant care ,postnatal care and much more? The next free Prenatal/Lamaze class will begin on October 21st and will be on line (Zoom) due to the virus. The class runs for six weeks from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Today is the 200th anniversary of the birth of Florence Nightingale. She was a "British nurse, statistician, and social reformer who was the foundational philosopher of modern nursing."
