Tomorrow at 7:55 PM (PDT) the moon is full in Libra. Balance... I don’t have this right now. I’m homeschooling two preteens, planning, prepping, cooking, cleaning, making sure kids and dogs get exercise and attention, physical distancing, making 100 lists so when I make my once a week grocery shop I don’t forget anything. I’ve never been into the hustle of promoting my astrology online but I also never miss a full or new Moon blog post. However, right now I need to let go to ...have more peace and balance in life and that means no blog post this month. That’s what Libra ultimately wants anyhow. Peace, serenity and calm. In honouring this full Moon I am letting go of obligations I’ve set for myself and my business to take care of my self and my family. I’m always doing astrology but not always sharing astrology. I wrote a big blog post on the astrology of our current times. Mostly to help myself sort out what’s going on. For me astrology always helps to clarify the the problem as well as the solution. My focus has been on my family and home and with the north node in cancer I know that’s exactly what I’m supposed to do. Since we can’t go out we might as well go inward. One of my all time favorites is Joseph Campbell. He has deeply influenced my work as an astrologer even though he is not one himself. I always think in astrological terms connecting events and behavior to planets and transits. This one I read this morning has the Saturn, Pluto conjunction written alllll over it. We are afraid as this virus creates destruction and chaos while exposing systemic flaws. I don’t know what the other side of this will look like but a transformation is happening. Tomorrow morning at 10:48 the Moon is full in Virgo. This one is about integrating the energy of Pisces season with the Virgo full moon. It’s what could be and what IS as Pisces is the dream, vision and ideal while Virgo the reality, skills and ability and an eye for detail to make it happen. The combination of these two can be powerful in making your vision real! I haven’t had much of a presence here as I’m not really into social anything...especially social media. The Sun moved into Aquarius today! This energy shift encourages you to be yourself and make choices that align with who you are as a unique individual. Uranus stations to go direct. Freedom loving, change making Uranus has stationed to go direct after turning retrograde on August 12th. We are being encouraged to break free and experience our true individuality where Uranus lies in our own charts and as it begins to move forward we can expect more movement and ease on our path to individual freedom. Think back to August with these themes in mind as now could be the time to start moving forward where you previously felt stuc...k. With that being said, taking the path less traveled is never easy and boats may be rocked! While trine to the South Node Uranus can give sudden insight on how to break free of old, conditioned structures. She is the wild card we need right now so listen to your intuition and be open to different or new ways of thinking and being. Solutions could come out of the blue! Full Moon eclipse in Capricorn and Pluto Saturn conjunction! There’s some intensity brewing up with the eclipse tomorrow (January 10th) followed by the Saturn Pluto conjunction on the 12th. It is a time of major restructuring where we need to look to the north node in cancer and take a more nurturing and compassionate approach to the issues that are arising.
