Buddy’s Nice New Cam Jacket Buddy likes a deal he purchased this cam jacket at an outdoor sportsmen’s show for a real great price!. The cuffs were not finished. Upon a quick review, I could see that the sleeve lining was too short, so the jacket got tossed into the seconds bin at the manufacturer destined for the discount market. I extended the lining, then finished the cuffs. Now it’s a nice new finished cam jacket. Pics 1, 2 after repairs

Buddy’s Reversible Florescent Yellow/Black Safety Jacket Buddy is a little hard on his outerwear broken zipper, torn zip hip pocket, some broken stitching here and there, and a nice hole on the back, right between the shoulder blades. Wonder how he managed to get it so centered? New YKK #5 Vislon reversible zip, patched and repaired zip hip pocket, broken stitching repaired, nice diamond patch on back. Buddy’s Sleeping Bag Buddy brought me his sleeping bag, which needed the broken zip replaced. As the zip had been at one time replaced at least once, it was the devil to get the darn thing out. It had been a valiant, done at home, zip replacement job. Buddy wanted a good, strong replacement zip, so I inserted a YKK #10 Vislon separating zip with two pulls, front and back, on the slider. As the zip facing had to come out and reinserted with the zip, I affected a serious t...idying up job on the facing, and front and back zip area of the bag, before reinserting the facing and new zip. Buddy is now really looking forward to using the repaired sleeping bag on that next great outdoor adventure! First pic before repairs, balance pics after repairs.
