We had an opportunity to have a staff Development Day today. Training, Q&A and round table discussions are some my favourite things. It’s so interesting what topics pop up or what someone is excited about. In my former career, I had worked as a corporate trainer and facilitator. These sessions always remind me how much I enjoy this stuff. (Chantelle)
