Some days we all need a reminder that we were born resilient. "You've gotten through 100% of your most challenging days so far".... When I was in a near death car accident at 17 I had to be resilient to come back. When the company I worked for defrauded our clients (many mine) out of $240 million I had to find a way to bounce back. When my wife and I split I once again was required to tap into that resilience. In 2015 my girlfriend was murdered by an ex-boyfriend taking me to a place of resilience that I didn't even know existed. We may not have a choice with what life throws at us but we all have choices what to do with it. A friend of mine said "Almost everything awesome is on the other side of something shitty." Hang on to that thought if you are in that shitty spot right now and remember you don't have to do this alone. We all struggle. All of our struggles are different.
