I’m with out words right now. To be voted Thunder Bay’s Best esthetician is beyond an honour. I love all of my clients so much, my job is not a job. I get to go to work with some of the best people in the business (you can see my dad was also voted for in the top hairstylist category) and spend time with the raddest clients out there! I love what I do, meeting my clients, hearing your stories and intertwining myself into a small part of your days is what makes it all worth it. This is a great way to say goodbye to 2020 and welcome in the new year! I can’t wait to see what the future holds! Please read! Unfortunately with the recent surge in covid-19 cases in Thunder Bay I have decided to tighten down more so on the procedures for myself as well as clients coming in for scheduled appointments. Thank you all for your understanding and for continuing to do your part! 1. I will NOT be performing any services in which a face mask will be removed, NO EXCEPTIONS. These services will be cancelled for the time being and in the future we will continue to do them if you s...o desire. 2. Clients must be ON TIME and wait in their vehicle until called into the spa, this is to ensure we stay at a smaller capacity and limit the potential for interaction between clients. If clients are more than 5 minutes late for an appointment I will be cancelling it as I will not have the proper amount of time to perform the service as well as ensure the proper sanitization of everything for the next client. If you are running late please call and we will reschedule you to the next soonest slot available. 3. Clients will not bring any guests to their appointments with them. Unfortunately as much as we love seeing everyone we need to keep numbers down for occupancy so we ask that you show up to your appointment alone. 4. We will not be allowing clients to bring any outside food or beverages into the salon and spa. Masks are to be worn at ALL TIMES while here for your appointments so we cannot allow clients to eat or drink while here. 5. Any clients who have travelled outside of North Western Ontario within the last 14 days MUST CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENT. I completely understand that things come up and I am more than reasonable in rescheduling you to a later date. Please do not come in if you have left our region recently! 6. Finally and most important, if you are experiencing any of the symptoms related to Covid-19 we please ask that you reschedule.
