What I'm really trying to say is that although they are GORGEOUS in a dried bouquet, there's not a lot I can tell you about oats that you don't already know! This half of winter has been pretty hard. It got cold. Butters got sick. I overpumped my rear tube in the cold and it exploded in my apartment at 3am.
