Ever wanted to learn more about Freediving before taking the plunge? Bottom Dwellers will be offering an Online Academic Freediver course Jan 15/16. Join us online for 6 hours of freediving fundamentals in an online classroom setting where you'll learn about equipment for freediving, technique, risk management, physics and physiology and more... In addition to the @performancefreediving Freediver course framework we will run through a dry static session remotely an...d some basic stretching.
