Important Update Re: Change in Business Practices for Covid-19 In order to further protect the health and safety of our staff and customers, we have decided to implement the following changes effective Tuesday, March 24, 2020: Bouma Meats Ltd. will remain open, however, our front doors will now be closed to the public. Instead, we will be transitioning to a phone order system as follows:... 1) Call us at (780) 753-2092 to place an order. Orders will be accepted during our regular business hours - Tuesday to Saturday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. 2) Please have your credit card number available when ordering. Debit/cash will still be considered, but all orders must be prepaid. 3) Upon ordering, you will be advised of an approximate time frame based on a first come, first serve basis. Please be advised, large orders may take additional days to complete, as we prepare your order fresh, not frozen. 4) For pick up - you may either park out front or along our back door. Call the store to advise of your arrival (780) 753-2092 (number will be posted on the door). We will place your order on a table for pick up, or load it directly into your vehicle (for safety reasons, we require that you open/close your own vehicle doors). 5) For those under quarantine or seniors, we may be able to deliver in the evenings. Advise staff upon ordering and they will advise you on availability. *Please note - for security reasons, we will not be accepting any orders submitted through email, Facebook Messenger, or personal messages to staff members at this time. We continue to receive items weekly, however, we have been experiencing shortages from our suppliers. Rest assured - our prices will be remaining the same, so no need to worry about price gouging. Once again, your patience is greatly appreciated as we transition to this new system. Thank you for your continued patronage and support, it means the world to us. Panic buying will negatively impact our ability to serve the rest of our patrons. - We are currently experiencing a backlog on phone orders, due to a significant increase in demand.
