Well Bouncers it seems there will still be no group fitness allowed in step one which begins next week! Disappointed is an understatement. I will continue the virtual private group classes until we are a able to get back into the studio. Stay positive Bouncers!!!

Bouncers, Due to the new restrictions laid out by the Alberta Government classes will be cancelled for the remainder of November until further notice. It’s with a heavy heart I have to say tonight’s Bounce Bootcamp class will be the last for this month. Stay tuned for further updates!!!
