We are now in the middle of September 2020. The days are getting shorter, kids are schooling either at home or in their classrooms. The Fall and Winter will bring changes as well.....how we will connect with others, how we will celebrate holidays. This is a transitional time where we may need the support of those around us. We can help ourselves by maintaining good sleep habits, eating from the summer's bounty, getting fresh air, practicing relaxation, meditation and deep breathing. Using lavender aromatherapy in a diffuser can aid in enhancing positive feelings. Sending out good thoughts to you all.

It's been a long few months and here we stand today. There is a lot going on in our world and the need to rest and then move forward remains. I continue to provide counselling in the Boundary..in person, on the telephone and through zoom. Stay Well
