Wear A White Mask (if possible): Wearing a white mask will make dirt more visible, so you have a better idea of when to wash it! Wash Your Mask/Change Your Disposable Masks: Masks absorb your sweat, moisture from your breath, moisturizers on your skin, and makeup residue. This is an ideal condition for bacteria to nourish, so it is important to remember to switch up your mask every couple of days and toss them in the laundry when you can! If you are required to wear a disposable mask, try to change it throughout the day. Aloe is an incredible ingredient in skincare but we don’t recommend using just aloe as your moisturizer Aloe has anti-inflammatory, soothing and skin hydrating properties but is best used in combination with other ingredients to moisturize the skin. Aloe Vera contains a wide variety of vitamins, minerals and amino acids that are wonderful for the skin, but in its pure form is about 99% water. Anything that contains such a high percentage of water - evaporates very quic...kly on the skin. This is why it feels so cooling when applied. Aloe is also mildly astringent leaving the skin feeling tight or even dry when applied. While this sounds wonderful for oily skin types, long term it can actually dehydrate the skin leading to other skin issues....so not the best option as a natural moisturizer.
